Rick is great! Took what I thought was going to be a few thousand dollar repair and turned it into just several hundred.
Asked them to put some tape inside a trailer. It sat there from 1130 until our driver picked it up at 1600 and they did not touch it. We will not send anything for repair to them again. We will use Nor Cal from now on!
They were very professional. Service was great. This company understood my truck needs. Changed my fuel filters in a professional manner. Thx again. Management or supervisor did a great job. Keep up the good work.
The mechanic, Scott, was very knowledgeable and and showed me some controls on the lift that was never shown to us before, because, I think the previous mechanics we had did not know about those controls. Amazing job, in and out, in about an hour.
Looking for a specific type of inspection and the representative was willing to help me search for a solution, even though his particular location wasn't able to help. Good customer service!
