Pacific coast repair was exceptional, always arrived early within the scheduled window. My tech was terrific, he replaced what was initially needed and after determining another part was necessary ordered it and installed it the same day they received the part. The call service is bar none great, always returned my calls and had concise and good information for me. I recommend this service company highly.
BEWARE!!!! the 5 stars are mostly from years ago. I was pleased with the fast response. Sadly I was displeased in the lack of transparency regarding the price/parts/labor. I have several properties and so do my friends and family. Unfortunately I would never recommend this company due their lack of transparency and I will definitely give my business and money to another company with higher level of ethics/principles and honesty.

Artur came same day when my washer stopped working right before my trip, he diagnosed the problem right away and went to his car to check if he has spare part, luckily he had the drain pump and was able to replace with a fair price. Thank you PCAR!
Max came to our house and was very professional and polite. Once he listened to the sounds the dryer was making he knew exactly what was wrong and quickly diagnosed the problem. After getting all of the parts together, Max did a great job taking the dryer apart and reassembling the dryer with no problems. We will definitely use you guys again! Thank you so much for your help!
