Her nurse Dana who sees you when she is not in is out of her mind. Calling PTSD and anxiety pretty much fake disorders....pretty disgusting. Happy to pump you full of ketamine all day long, but complains about pain pills. She also clearly has a crystal ball and could tell the future, says i would be on fentanyl in a few months...lol... This I the most UNPROFESSIONAL clinic I've ever experienced. Never answers phone, won't return calls if you are able to leave a message, appointments can't be confirmed, causing many unnecessary trips to their office. My wife's back pain is very debilitating and she's waited months to be treated here. We arrived at her 2nd appointment on the 12th of june,to be told it's not on that day, even after I tried, in vain to verify beforehand via phone.
