Don't buy a car from these guys!!! This is a long review. If you don't want to read the entire thing and you're looking to buy a BMW, go to New Century BMW in Alhambra. They're way nicer and aim to give you the best service. Keep reading and you'll see why Pacific isn't the best choice. Bad buying experience and even worse service experience. They're a bunch of dishonest people.
I had an excellent experience leasing my 2015 320i ! I was alone and had never leased a car before. After going to several other dealerships earlier that day, I ended up there and drove away feeling very satisfied with my decision! I had a very pleasant salesman, Peter, to help me in my decision. He was definitely who I needed to guide me through the process. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!
Beware- they tripled the money factor on my lease BMW USA offers lease prices on their website. These guys take the BMW interest rate and triple it by default. Beware of this practice and don't sign anything until you compare it to BMW's site. Pete even told me verbally that I was getting the same lease. They wound up 'stealing' $8200 from us through the course of our lease. Granted I should have paid more attention but when I had a verbal commitment I thought it was ok to sign. Bought my car from here. Sales guy wasn't the most friendly but I needed to purchase a vehicle. Overall satisfied.
I've used Century West to service my BMW and have been satisfied for the most part. The only thing that can be disappointing is the lack of BMW loaner cars. You have to make an appointment well in advance and at that, you may be placed in a rental. The people that I have dealt with at this location have been very helpful and attentive. I moved from this neighborhood but will continue to take my car here to be serviced.
Top notch service!! Drove out of my way to come here. They give loaner cars and the longest they had the car was 2 days. They always fixed it right the first time unlike Beverly Hills BMW.
I bought BMW 328i 2014 from BMW mountain view, at that "Armen" is sales person who make me sign the deal. He is very friendly and nice person. He mostly thinks with respect to customer perceptive and gave valuable suggestions to me. Earlier service adviser Ramsen was there he is very customer friendly, good adviser and responsive. Went in for a simple oil change and received 5 star service all around. Definitely recommend BMW of Mountain View to others. David Truong is amazing! - he needs extra recognition for all his superb service.
