Any problem I had was because of my insurance handler. I loved Pacific BMW. I bought my car from Long Beach and had no idea that Pacific would care for me the way they did, regardless of the fact that my vehicle wasn't bought there. I had gone to another dealer before coming to Pacific and the over all quality of the experience at Pacific was far superior. Great service....everyone makes my visit to Pacific BMW welcoming and pleasant. I appreciate everyone's efforts and how quickly I have my needs met. I continue to use Pacific BMW to purchase my new cars due to the way I am received and treated throughout the lifetime of driving my car. Keep up the fine work! - Brent N

Once my car arrived, they 'walked' me through all the workings- and, off I drove. Recently, a woman stopped me in the parking lot of the market. She liked my car. I happily referred her to Pacific BMW. As far as I am concerned, Pacific BMW is the ONLY place to ... read more
