Any problem I had was because of my insurance handler. I loved Pacific BMW. I bought my car from Long Beach and had no idea that Pacific would care for me the way they did, regardless of the fact that my vehicle wasn't bought there. I had gone to another dealer before coming to Pacific and the over all quality of the experience at Pacific was far superior. My sales rep made it very easy to get through the process and, as I have very limited time, I was very happy about that. I said to a friend it was like buying the car from your favorite uncle.

I just LOVE my BMW. I now drive a 3 series station wagon!! The car handles like a dream. And, buying the car from Pacific BMW was a dream, too.
