Taking your car in for service is never fun, but at least it's not painful at Pacific BMW. Friendly staff, valet and loaner service, comfortable seating area, coffee, pastries.
Don't buy a car from these guys!!! This is a long review. If you don't want to read the entire thing and you're looking to buy a BMW, go to New Century BMW in Alhambra. They're way nicer and aim to give you the best service. Keep reading and you'll see why Pacific isn't the best choice. Bad buying experience and even worse service experience. They're a bunch of dishonest people.
First of all, I am from Victorville and I am a full time photographer, so I don't have much free time. So when I was searching for a car, I didn't have time to visit dealers in person, and when I called this dealer and spoke to the sales person Marinka, she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and even told me how to apply for financing online. Most EXPENSIVE service! Don't go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don't have to pay for. I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn't know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. I wish they have a better customer service and a better phone service.
I have recommended a few friends and co-workers that are BMW owners and they are all just as pleased with the service as I am. Being a first time costumer of Pacific BMW, I have been very pleased and I am still surprised of all the service maintenance that is covered. Emily E

Everyone at Pacific BMW really helped me feel proud about owning a BMW. I felt very comfortable and at home while at the dealership.
