Recently, I contacted Pacific Bedrooms about a crucial part to a bed that I purchased over 11 years ago. The owner treated me as if I was family. His concern was as great as mine to get the problem resolved, professionally but with a friendly flair. I took a chance on Pacific Bedrooms--buying sight unseen to match my Blackhawk bedroom set. I couldn't have been more pleased or satisfied. The owner kept in constant contact with me, was friendly, informative, and honest. The furniture I ordered was shipped across the country, yet I knew all tracking information and always knew what was going on. Dealing with Bruce made the decision to make a substancial purchase online (sight unseen) easy. He was always available, either by e-mail or phone. He even delayed the delivery for me when I found out I had to be out of town on business and would not be there for the scheduled delivery. Bruce and his employees @ Pacific Bedrooms are wonderful. They did everything they could to make sure I was getting the King Bristol bed to match my existing furniture bought in 1996. I live in South Carolina, pretty long distance to be buying a bed, but I would do it all over again. Blackhawk furniture has got to be the best built furniture I have ever had. We had purchased Blackhawk furniture years ago when we lived in Montana at a local furniture store. Blackhawk is now out of business. HOWEVER, Pacific Bedrooms has some of Blackhawk's stock, and better yet, they make perfect matches of the originals. We recently ordered several pieces for a guest bedroom, as well as a mirror to match our original dresser. Bruce McCombs went above and beyond with my cedar chest purchase. Like others have said, we also have several other Blackhawk bedroom pieces and were thrilled to still be able to buy furniture to match. They even had a layaway plan we could use.
