I had a very good experience at the urgent care at this location. There was a short wait time and all staff were efficient, friendly and kind.
Pacific Beach Medical Center is outstanding! The staff is professional and caring, the facilities are clean,. My doctor was thorough and compassionate, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Also I would like to thank you Adela she did great job.
The clinic is very good! They treated me so well since the beginning, taking care of my vaccines and exams! The price is good and I’m coming back next month to keep it safe from Hepatitis B. If you need, just go there! Better than any pharmacy, human treatment.
Terrible front desk, the lady answered the phone and said nothing for an uncomfortable amount of time seemingly hoping that I would hang up. She then laughed at me when I said I wasn't 100% sure of my insurance plan and then proceeded to speak to me as if I were a child in unbelievably condescending manner. 0 % chance I will ever go to this office after that experience.
