I don't think this is a legitimate business. The address listed for Pacific Beach Carpet Cleaning is actually an apartment complex. All the marketing images look stolen from Google. I wouldn't use this company for cleaning.

I was going to throw it out but the carpet cleaning technician said he could rescue it. He was right and he saved me a lot of money for a new one. Pacific Beach Carpet Cleaning of San Diego removed years of dirt and grime from my carpeting and made it look like new.

Very friendly, cost-efficient and I will use them again. Not to mention they can clean high rise condominiums.

Had an appointment booked for the 4-6PM window and took off from work early to be at the house on time. 5:30 came around and figured I would give a call to see if they had any update. Women I spoke to on the phone at first seemed to have no record of my appointment until she eventually stated the technician called in sick and they were calling all their customers but she 'guessed they haven't gotten to me yet'. When I first moved to my San Diego condo on the beach I needed carpet cleaning desperately. There was even sand in my carpet. I called Pacific Beach Carpet Cleaning and told them my problem. They came with a super vacuum and removed all the sand. Then they used a moist heat extraction system and got the carpet looking clean as new. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company.
