On October 16, 2017, I stopped by Pacific Auto Sales Services on Holt Blvd and Mountain street for a car. It was around 1:30pm, people were waiting to pay, and there was only one person working. I had heard the people was RUDE here but I figure let me find out and I need it a car too LOL: Pacific was very pleasant although dealing with a situation with a customer. This place is not a place to do business with. At first they are helpful that's cause your looking to buy one of their vehicles after the purchase the kindness is gone. And to take the car to be repaired of any kind would be your second mistake cause they promise to have your problem fixed but it really is far from it when they return the car back to you. Let alone the length of days, weeks, months you have to wait for it to be repaired. Their customer service needs alot of help cause the rudeness is noticeable. Sorry but im... read more
