RecommendedWe had taken our dogs to a kennel in west county for the past 15 years, and started to have issues with boarding them there. We are extremely protective of who takes care of our German Shepherds. We just boarded them for the first time with Pacific Animal Hospital after a referral from a friend. All we can say is WOW!!! Great facility and unbelievably kind and accommodating staff. Our pups were definitely taken care of. Can’t say enough!!!
This place is incredible. My husband and I just moved to Robertsville and got a new 8 week old puppy to celebrate and to complete our home. I was recommended to Pacific Animal Hospital for our Stella baby and I just have to say that I am nothing but blessed to have this place for the care for our puppy. We made an appt which went terrific then we had 2 unplanned event with Stella. We needed help getting a tick head out of Stella's ear so when I called they put me right in the same day. Tuesday I came in with my 20 year old cat, Oreo. He had cancer and had reached the point he was in pain so we decided to let him cross the Rainbow Bridge. I just wanted to say Thank you so much to Dr. Sparks for being so nice and sincere and caring on one of the most difficult days of my life. I just received your handwritten card in the mail and almost cried when I read your note. Dr. Sparks you are an amazing person and I will never forget how kind you were to my husband and I on one of the hardest days of my life.
The staff is always so nice and truly care about you and your pet. When we put our beloved Boxer down last week Dr. Shipp didn't rush us, leave us, and she was so sincere. They sent us a card with hand written notes. So thoughtful!!
These ladies are all around just wonderful human beings. They truly care about the animals they treat and are always pleasant to do business with.

I brought in today 7 Boston terrier babies for there well ck and shots the girls went crazy over them they each was carrying them which gave me a break “thank u” for that, they were very thorough in the examination of each puppy and explained everything to me, I highly recommend Pacific Animal Hospital, Dr Sharp and all the vet techs u girls are the bomb!!
