THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL I'VE EVER BEEN TO! THE NURSE LIED AND SAID I TESTED POSITIVE OF SOME WIERD DRUG. I'VE NEVER TAKEN DRUGS SO IT WAS INDEED A LIE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR PURPOSE WAS BUT IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE. I HAVE SIX CHILDREN AND I'VE NEVER HAD SOMEBODY TO LIE TO THAT EXTENT.

I am writing for my disabled sister who has chronic pain from bad disks in her neck and Fibromylagia. She cannot move with meds. If you are afflicted with fibromyalgia do not go to Alliance in Healdsburg Ca. My sister was grossley abused by the Doctors there at that clinic. They referred to her as "Your Kind" and actually lied right to her face about another Doctor being on vacation. The Doctor who saw her would not even look at her chart he simply dismissed her because she needed help with pain! Really? WOW! These people a... read more

I didn't like this place & hope to never go back. The staff seemed nice enough But, it took forever. I had stomach pains & was sent for MRI & blood & Eventually….Urine test there. After 5 hrs the Dr. spoke to me for 1min & said they don't know maybe this maybe that. I was never examined by the Dr. or anyone else & my Stomach still hurts. I guess I was glad to find out I wasn't dying that night with a ruptured appendix or Gall Bladder but that's about it….

Donna W has two duplicate reviews. Is that really fair? Pacific Alliance Medical Center a horrible hospital and I'm lucky my daughter isn't dead. Can you at least reflect that it's one review. I appreciate that you show bad reviews also WHICH IS ALL THEY REALLY DESERVE. I have been following reviews because i'm contacting other people who have been mistreated and I have been successful cross referencing and finding these people. Thank you.

I was born here in 1944, when it was the French Hospital, before it was Pacific Alliance. My mother was born here in 1913 and my daughter was born here in 1965. My grandchildren have been treated here at Pacific Alliance and had surgeries here. In the 102 years this hospital has been serving my family, none of us have had a complaint.
