Dr Baden was my life saver! I experience stuffy nose for years using Afrin nose spray recommended by another physician twice a day. I was referred to this doctor because I was experiencing hives Dr ordered new medications and f/u in one month. Long story short my symptoms which I suffered from for years were resolved in 2 weeks. Dr. Basen and his team have been helping me for about 3 years. They are always very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. This practice is run very smoothly and even if they can’t answer the phone the moment you call, they always return calls promptly. This is not what I call “a big box practice”. It’s a smaller quiet office where employees know your name and you can be confident you’ll receive the best care.
Doctor listens, is thorough, explains everything and answered all my questions. Front office girls are awesome! Was seen on time too.
