ONLY 5 stars?? Pacific Ag deserves more!! We have worked with Tye and Nathan for many years, and their knowledge, professionalism, and speedy service is second to none! Even during the peak of irrigation season, they strive to deliver prompt, professional service. The very day that I made an inquiry about a system that could help my neighbors and us we received a phone call back. Nathan worked with us every step of the way. He installed our remote controlled system, then walked me through the introduction. It works great! Very user friendly. Thank you.
The best. Enough said, but I'll say more! The most knowledgeable and professional store in the valley for all scales of water and irrigation needs. Do not waste time shopping elsewhere and go to Pac Ag first.
Very nice, very responsive for parts. I only give 3 stars because when I asked for irrigation design work on my small farm, they said unless I could produce water rights, they wouldn't assist me.
Called Pacific Ag, Took a year and a half to get someone to call me back after they finally did. They only would look at an aerial of my place and talk to me over the phone and then told me that my job wasn’t big enough for their company to be interested in. Nathan the gentleman that was supposedly helping me spent the entire time talking down to me and trying to talk me out of even using them and then just suggested I go find somebody else so I guess if you’re not gonna spend $15,000-$20,000 don’t call Pacific Ag because th... read more
