Pros: great pilot, comfortable, nice views, champagne, additional time on our landing picnic including additional champagne Cons: got bumped from our helicopter because another flights helicopter had radio issues, were told (5) times it would only be “1 more hour” until we had a ride, our helicopter wouldn’t start after our first landing (see pros- this really didn’t disappoint me much) and did not get bottle service on our shuttle back to the hotel.
