Dr. Lorenzo Pacelli is extremely professional, kind and thoughtful. He took as much time that I needed answering my questions and carefully explaining why I was having those symptoms. October 2020 Dr. Pacelli was my surgeon for carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve transposition surgery. This was my second ulnar nerve transposition surgery on the same arm. I am only 2 weeks post surgery and feel great. I have very little to no pain in my arm and hand , as I did after surgery. I am very confident that my rehab will go well.
