RecommendedI have been sending the athletes I coach to see Josh for a while. Today was the first time I needed some help from Josh. A dumb decision to not warm up right left me with some sharp knee pain. After some manual therapy and some taping my gate is back to normal and sharp pain is down to a dull ache with no significant pain with movement. If you want your nagging issues gone, GO SEE JOSH!
