Great service. On time and explained each step.
Showed up on time. Fixed our faucet the same day. Polite and very friendly. Will hire again when we have another problem. Very happy with the service provided.

I asked for a receipt. I did not receive it until a week later. The work was done , the plumber showed up ,did the work, did not turn all valves back on, he had to go back and turn it on, and the receive receipt a week later.

There was a miss communication with the service plumber and secretary. We do apologizes for the miss communication. The secretary had billed the receipt to job address. It was a week later that owner had called and said they did not receive bill. The secretary sent it out that day. Also the renters went and turned of shut off valves because of leak, Our service tech did the repair and only turned the main valve back on to test his fix. We did not turn off any other valves. Plumbing is expensive no matter where you go so so quality, service and warranty are main selection criteria.
Half-hour repair of heater that needed immediate replacement, according to them, no parts replaced, charge was over $300!! Estimate for replacement, $3,000. Twice as much (or more) as other estimates.

We showed up to the job site, and we always start off with diagnostic. We gave the homeowners the prices and options for the fix before we even started the work. Our company offers a range of prices and warranties. They gave us the okay to proceed. Our service plumber did a fix for them which cost $300, after he was done the homeowner asked how much it would take to replace, he quoted them up to a $3000 at the highest range.
