I had recently called Pace's customer service number to ask a question regarding receiving my deposit refund. I had lived at one of their apartments back in June and stupidly forgot to provide a forwarding address to get my deposit back. I've been renting from Pace for 3 1/2 years now. Never had an issue. And if I need maintenance they are here fairly quick.
Hello this is zach ramos from 2710 Steves way im am emailing/posting in regards of the the repairs that need to be made(Hole in roof/ AC outage) This is unacceptable we have a infant (10 months old) in the unit and we need it to be repaired and the ac has gone out as-well. Is this something we have to get our lawyer involved because yall are violating lease for non repairs.
If you’re looking for the most budget friendly Management group I would go with them. You definitely get your moneys worth, but you spend no money. This place is a real estate, investors nightmare. The point of property management is to streamline the experience and maximize the investment while reducing liability. His property management does things to the bare minimum.
