Recently bought two Silverado's through Pace and the employee's were exceptionally helpful on fulfilling our needs. Jesse Akins, Pam Bowman, and Chad Holzinger ran in circles to get the trucks here and all of the accessories on in time for delivery. Overall Pace did an outstanding job would recommend them to anyone!!!!
Extremely unorganized and dishonest. Enjoying my brand new Chrysler from O'daniel in Fort Wayne where the customer service is superb unlike Pace. O'daniel spent time getting us an outstanding deal instead of just trying to make a sale (like Pace). Never ever go here.
just leased 2016 Malibu. Monica Hileman made it happen and gave us a great deal and would highly recommend her!!!!!!

Bad customer service I went in to buy a car and the person helping me said one moment please and went to go help someone else and I waited for like a hour and the guy came back said he was sorry he forgot bout me
I bought an 01 Ford Taurus from them and everything was ok until 2 days later. I had all warning lights coming on and transmission light. I called the salesperson and basically told me " sorry to hear that, unfortunately there's not much to do after you signed." On top of that, I had to fix multiple other issues. Be extremely careful dealing with them. Never again!
I am very happy with my car. Good people and good service. I give them 5 stars!

Buying my 2002 Buick century was fast and easy. But once I bought it I started noticing issues and have been doing matainence that the service department should have done before the car was even put on the lot to be sold.
I was pressed for time and needed the oil change I'd scheduled as well as the new tires my husband had added to the "to be done" list while I was there. The service department got the work done and me on the road to my next appointment with time to spare. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful customer service oriented staff!!
