I've had my storage here now for almost 4 years I believe. The moment I walked in I knew this was the place for my stuff. AC unit, carts to help transfer my belongings from the car to the unit, and most important to me the location is secured. The manager is always aware of who all that comes and goes when he is there. I don't think I ever been anywhere were someone was more helpful than him. If I could give more that 5 stars I would so I'll still continue to recommend this location to my friends and family.

Over-all, a decent storage facility. However: 1) rent increases every couple of months, 2) person who answered the phone when I called to pay, claimed my credit card was rejected and wanted me to come in. As a medical student, I cannot come in at a whim. I tried the very same credit card on-line at the end of my day, and it went through without a problem. Bottom line, customer service could be better.

I REALLY LIKE THIS STORAGE THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE VERY CLEAN PLACE AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON KEEPING MY STORAGE SECURE AND SAFE THANK YOU PAC IT AWAY
