The service is great! The storage we got is on the second floor but they have elevators to take your stuff and carts available to use which is great! The facility is very clean. I got a 10x10.
Carlos helped me look at a few different size storage units to see which one fit my needs. Sense purchasing a storage unit, i have I had no complaints. The facility is very clean. If ever late on a payment there is always a courtesy call.
Other than them being closed on Sunday and Monday. They have great customer service! Just make sure you open up a contact in person and not on line if you're trying to move in on the same day. Thanks to the manager eho answer my questions promptly.
Carlos, the manager on site, is one of the most professional person I have ever met. He explained the process and is thorough with his customer service!
Very good on the prices, loved the service given by Carlos, I'll be back if I ever need a storage again
