Pac Insurance is a great company. Always had great service and the employees are great!
Owner is horrible, arrogant, patronizing and lack acceptance of responsibility. Try a different location It’s much better service.
Their staff expects me to have 3 vehicles parked in front of their establishment at the same time to get an insurance quote. State Farm has never required such, and Progressive is ready to insure without parking all 3 of my vehicles at their offices. Never using an agent that expects you to bring all your vehicles to them for insurance. I'd hate to be one that owned many or a business fleet.
This place has some of the best prices in town for car insurance. They also offer liability insurance for anyone with a non driver's identification. I havent found anything cheaper anywhere else and I've used this agency for almost 10 years now. Ask for Adrian. She's very knowledgeable and can help find you the best price they offer.
