Horrible customer service. The doctor canceled my appointment at the last minute. She does not care about her patients. I will look for someone else that cares.
The worst experience in a clinic in terms of staff being rude. I have been overlooking there rude characters till today. Doc Trevino was stereotyping and even being bias towards Veterans which I am. He mocked the VA as being of no importance. I hope and pray no other Veteran has gone through what I went through. May God bless them but I can't go back to that clinic for the sake of the brothers and sisters in arms I love.
