My experience Seph Valoren has been transformative. Not only has he been helpful in helping me understand myself and create effective coping strategies, but he helped me to understand the therapy process as a whole too. In my first session it was made clear to me that if I didn't click with him he could help me find a therapist that did while also explaining to me the power I had to control my own therapy experience. Cannot recommend the PA Counseling Co-op, and Seph enough.
Alex Aguilar can’t keep her politics out of the therapy room. She also smugly smirks at you. Do not recommend.
