Highly recommended! The easiest transition to a new doctors office we ever experienced. In October we were informed Elwyn Audiology was closing it’s doors. Fear, panic and frustration set in fast. My daughter who was born with a severe hearing loss was under their care since she has been 3 years, she’s now 20. The thought of a new setting was overwhelming to us both. Wow ... went above and beyond to help my 90 year old father resolve a problem created by the seller of his aids that went out of business. They were so helpful, could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend them
I had never been anywhere for these tests. They were easy to have performed, extremely interesting, results were explained completely. The office is very cheerful, clean, friendly, NEVER HAD TO WAIT. There is a good mix of professionalism, listening to the patient, understanding, knowledge and good humor. A rare find and I am happy I found this office and will return in the future as needed.

Dr Piccinini is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. I went into the appointment quite upset and agitated about my problem areas and left feeling much more in control w/ solutions and information to help me make a good decision. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone w/ hearing issues, new or chronic. The overall appointment was very pleasant. She has set up an introductory visit for a very reasonable price and that is also a bonus.
