Dr. Piccinini really takes the time to answer any questions you have. She is very kind and goes out of her way to help with any problems.
I had an issue with my hearing aid and PA Center for Hearing and Balance was able to schedule me on short notice. They took their time to find and correct the issue, which ended up being an inexpensive fix. I will definitely continue using them again!
