Parked here, side mirror was stolen. Filed a police report. We called customer support to ask if they had cameras, support said they did at the entrance and exit and only the police can request the footage via email after a report was filed. They failed to tell us it’s only License Plate Readers, so that will not be helpful. Asked support why there aren’t more cameras present if there have been multiple reports of vehicle damage in this lot, the person hung up. Customer service was not helpful at all. Do not park here.
