Ms. Adrianna is Sooooo easy to talk to plus she gives great feedback on top of easy relatable exercises to work on in between sessions. I really feel she's made an awesome impact on my behavior health and look forward on continuing with this practice!

I have been receiving virtual therapy & I have been thankful of my experience doing so. I was hesitant at first because covid changed so much with being able to be there in person. Dr. Vazquez reassured my hesitation & continued to help me. The energy is just as pure. With now being such a time/place convenience for me as well.
