I ordered windows from the park city showroom last summer for a remodel/addition to my house. The first issue was they sent one window with non tempered glass even though I ordered tempered, and they had to come replace it after I failed an inspection. I then ordered 2 more windows and the order was confirmed. After a month plus I checked up to find the order was not placed and it took 2-3 more months to receive the order.
