We went there for a "retreat weekend" had a great time. The cabin was so nice (simple / not fancy but nice) had a view of the lake. The screened in porch allowed us to sit outside in the rocking chairs without any bugs. The park is well maintained as are the trails. We are going again in February.
Took a day trip and just happened upon this beautiful park. Clean, quiet and tranquil. The crowd was starting to arrive for the triathlon this weekend but we didn't even notice. Throughly enjoyed a beautiful day in sunny Florida.
Clean, beautiful, the park rangers are so helpful. Trails are well marked and all connected. Nice 10 mile bike loop with good bike lane , with some hills .
I walk my dogs there 4 days a week. It beautiful, peaceful and everyone is friendly. �
