Came back a second time after the first great experience seven months ago. Had them rotate my tires and check things out for a road trip and they did mention that maybe six months down the road my brake pads could be replaced, but they weren’t needed now which I really appreciated. Honest and highly recommend them. Asked for P1 auto Works to do a wheel alignment. They have excellent customer service and came and picked the car up from work so I didn’t have to miss any work. Got my TRX leveled at P1 and it was perfectly executed.
There are only two shops in town that can repair a bent wheel. This one and another that has ghastly reviews. These guys were great! They were upfront about everything and didn't mind when I asked for more detail on my alignment. Would recommend.
Absolutely top-notch service from P1 Autoworks! I brought in my Audi A4 for some major work — new control arms, a radiator core support, and a few pesky oil leaks. The team was professional, communicative, and clearly knows their stuff. Everything was done quickly and perfectly — the car drives smoother than it has in years, and the leaks are completely gone. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both fast and meticulous, but P1 Autoworks nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service — highly recommend!
