Horrible experience. Walked into dealership did not seem busy. Stood around for 15 minutes and not one salesman approached me. There was a salesperson talking to an individual who worked there and moved cars around. I kept moving closer and was basically ignored. As I was leaving a salesperson asked me if I needed any help and I responded not now I am taking my business elsewhere. I recently purchased an M340i from out of state, Gregg was amazing to work with and walked me thru the whole process from buying to out of state registration, and helped work out any issues on the way. I had confidence in my purchase because of the BMW certification and the detailed photos/video walkarounds. The vehicle was delivered as expected with no hidden surprises. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my purchase!!

My daughter, a college student @ University of Pi, was driving from College, home to Atlanta, Ga to attend my Son Graduation. She sensed a brake issue, called me and I recommended, her to immediately find the local BMW authorized dealer and take care of it, which she did at the above BMW dealership. She was advised about the brakes , the cost of $2,864.00 which we immediately okayed and she got it fixed.
