Been trying to get an update on my order for over a week. Called, option 1 is for orders placed. Every time you call it says there on the phone. Don’t matter when you call. So I went to option 2 yesterday just to try to speak to someone. Lady took info and said she would give it to the right people and give them 24 hours to call or email me back. I am extremely disappointed with both P&S and the complete lack of customer service that followed. I used Brake Buster exactly as directed on a set of HRE wheels worth approximately $15,000. The wheels were cool to the touch, pre-rinsed, the product was not allowed to dry, and it was agitated with a microfiber wheel brush before being thoroughly rinsed off. It works! Great products and great customer service.
Horrible customer service! I bought a bottle of SSS for vinyl wrapping and it came congealed and the bottle stopped up. Made three phone calls, sent an email with product pictures and absolutely no response from anyone. I'll be using the competitions products.
