Completely incompetent organization as a whole. Scheduled a service call for a Tuesday then received a call from my wife on Monday letting me know the tech was there. Then after being completely vague with my wife the tech was gone in 15 minutes. He left a $200 invoice without resolving the issue, all while showing up on the wrong day. Gerald/Jerry came to help us with a septic issue today. His customer service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to help resolve this issue from happening again. Resolved our issue within 2hours of our call! Always recommend to friends/family!
P&P Septic has been very reliable. Every time I needed them they have always come through in the clutch for me. Also not to forget is the owner of P&P is a very charitable individual always looking to give back. Would recommend them to everyone!
