These guys are great! We called in the morning about a clogged pipe, and they came within hours and quickly fixed the problem. Hopefully, we won't need to call again, but they're first on our list if another issue arises.
I see similar stories in other posts... It's right before July 4th. I have a ton of food to prepare for the 4th & need to set up for my granddaughter's birthday party on the 6th. Suddenly late in the evening on the 2nd, the washer drain started giving back that which no one ever wants to have given back. I called P&P in the morning on the 3rd, and they were able to schedule a tank pump-out for me that day. Nothing like kicking off a Holiday weekend with a major issue with drains effecting toilets and sinks with a household of 5! After waiting over 2 hours for a call back from another company my brother recommended calling P&P...made sense as we use P&P for our routine septic maintenance, but didn’t realize P&P does more than that! I just wanted to thank you guys for coming over first thing this morning to fix our plumbing issue! For reference, I called at 6:00am and they were here by 7am and we were up and running by 7:45! I called another service (that I had used in the past) last night and they told me to call back at 8:00am and they would see what they could do. No emergency or urgent service provided. I asked them why they have an emergency number. The response was not adequate. Needless to say....I won't be calling them again. Thanks P&P!
