My yard was a disaster. Overgrown, out of control. I reached out to Mr. Trevino for help. He returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to come and look at the situation and give me a quote. He arrived on time and texted me to let me know he was on schedule. Upon arrival he walked the area looking at what it would take to get things back in shape. Was calling to give this company some business, spoke to Cliff, he answered already bothered by my call. I called at 4:40P -- I asked if this is a bad time? He said, yes as he was trying to leave... I asked if there was a manager around, he said, "nope" then silence... I said I would call another time, which I probably wont now based off the lack of customer service I received.
