I’ve never had a problem with P&K but I am really disappointed about my pedicure last night.. I know it was close to closing time, but if you didn’t want to do it you should have said so. Other then knowing she didn’t want to be there the pedi was good. I was moved over to the dryers to let my toes dry. I waited maybe 5 minuets. Nail polish was fine it wasn’t still wet or sticky. I woke up this morning and the nail polish is all smudge up. I live an hour away so it’s hard for me to go back and get them fixed!
I googled best nail salon's and P&K was no.1. Been to many others, this is where I will stay. I've only had my polish chip once and they were above and beyond the best customer service.
Love this place they do wonderful work!!!!
I went to P & K Nails for a long time then moved away. I recently returned and the customer service isn't like it was before. On my first visit back, the guy who worked on me kept jerking and yanking my my hands. I'm arthritic and did not appreciate rough handling. And now I have to select the tip amount. I went again today and the young lady was pleasant. But it just isn't the same. I may try the new nail salon in the mall.
Been going for 4 years and they always deliver. Love all they do....
