I think this is P&J Mobile auto repair and not R and J, and I didn't have the bad experience as I expected. They came and worked on my car and fixed the problem for half of what the dealership charged me. I called them back to look over a vehicle that I was planning on buying and they did not charge me except for gas. They found a problem in the car and I ended up not buying the car. Could have done a much better job the two men were slow and took four hours to do a simple job. More interested in being on their cellphones than getting the work done. Lacking some knowledge about foreign cars and they should let customers know if they can work on foreign cars or not. Being a mehcanic for this mobile auto repair is not their first job and that may be were the problem lays. Its no longer called R&J but P&J mobile auto repair and my experience was very disappointing and a waste of hard earned money. Two guys arrive and I told them the possible problem they did not address that problem, instead did a fake fix meaning they did not repair the problem and did a incomplete job. I took my vehicle to the dealership and told them what the two guys did and they more or less said you got ripped-off. I called P&J and their soultion was to charge me again.
