My wife placed an order for some shutters to be installed in our home, while I did not get to meet with the sales representative, I was home during the installation of the product. Having worked in constructiom previously it was easy to see how professional and courteous the installer was. We have bought shutters in 3 stages from p&j. Going back to 2010. Just recently finished our last room. Always good service. Great shutters. We really have had a noticeable difference on our power bill in the summer. A few years ago our dog broke a few areas on the shutter in the living room and p&j sent us the parts out no charge and we used the video and made the repair quick and easy!
We just placed an order for shutter blinds in our living room and dining room here in Fresno. Hoping to have a good report to make in early February. . . .

I called P&J window coverings in search of valance clips for wood blinds that are approx. 12 years old. None of the other retailers were able to assist me, but the staff at P&J were very helpful, easily identified what it was that I needed, and even offered to send me a bag of clips in the mail! It was such an easy and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend P&J for any of your window covering needs!
