I have warped shutters. I’ve emailed, called. Sent them pictures of the shutters, and my invoice. Then was told to call. Did that a couple times. Keep playing phone tag. I finally emailed them and said just email me and let me know about my warranty, still haven’t heard anything.

All my windows are plantation shutters from PJ. Its beautiful and lifetime.
4 times I’ve called for a small part I need for my patio door blinds to hold the chain together, 4 times they confirm all my info including address. 4 times they said it would arrive in a day or two. Not once has the part arrived! Nice products but a disconnect with clients when you need something after the sale.
They were timely, efficient and my new shutters are great.
can't beat the prices. The most bang for your buck hands down.
