We worked with PJ Cook as Concretors on a recent project and were shocked at the level of unprofessional conduct. He removed key surveyor’s pegs before and after the concrete pour, then blamed us for the slab being out of square — despite his own photographic evidence showing our string lines and formwork were correctly aligned with the original set-out. We hired Peter Cook and his team to build our Granny flat at our investment property. We received an extremely professional, reliable and the highest of quality result. Our tenant has been extremely happy living in this beautiful space. We would not use anyone else for our future projects.
