I went in with a lot of pain in my left arm and wrist. Dr. Tien performed surgery on that wrist and arm and pain was gone almost immediately.
Dr Tien is a Fantastic hand surgeon. He took such great care of me on both of my hand Surgeries for carpal tunnel syndrome. He is very passionate about what he does and he genuinely cares about his patients. He is a very thoughtful doctor. And his support team was Top notch. I felt very safe and comfortable in the hands of Dr. Tien and his team. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend Dr. Tien and his team to anyone considering hand surgery.
Dr. Tien is competent and caring. Great surgeon. Puts you at ease each time you meet with him. He repaired my broken wrist beautifully and I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent “ Bedside manner”. Dr. Tien explained everything in understandable detail as opposed to “Medical talk”. There was no question in my mind my Carpal Tunnel right hand was in good hands. My recovery was right on schedule. Everything is back at 100%.
Excellent surgeon! My family has used him twice.
He is very hard to understand and gets furious if one does not understand waht he wants. Nurse has to relay info. Does NOT listen to patients At his advanced age he should never see patients
Dr. Tien is phenomenal!! October 2020 I started having a lot of pain in the left elbow. After 6 months of different therapy my family doctor finally sent me for an MRI. After which I went to Dr. Tien who immediately told me what was wrong and started me in my quick road to recovery. I had surgery May of 2021 and had immediate relief. So greatful for him and his team. They provided me with excellent care and gave me the real help I needed.
Dr Tien is a superlative surgeon and shows compassion and interest in his patients. He is congenial and understanding.
