I was so thankful that Dr. Tuna was my physician for this injury. He is so kind and very thorough in care and explaining how he will help in my healing.
The non-minority, non-ethnic or other culturally or linguistically distinct, middle-aged, English as a first language staff missed basic questions pertaining to safe use of equipment and were also generally unprofessional. He was an hour late for an early appt, said his schedule was supposed to have been blocked off but wasn't. He talked over me, basically told me that primary care, rheumotolgy and physical therapy are incorrect in what they are treating me for. Additionally his fellow had offered the same diagnosis as the others, but that was still wrong. So after 90 minutes I'm left with the advice to start PT, which I already am doing! and follow up with him in 12 weeks. Dr Tien and staff were outstanding. My proceedure was life changing. I highly recommend
Dr. Tsai saved both my hands. I had surgery on my right hand then 2 years later my left hand was having the same issue. He was the only one that diagnosed the problem and had an answer. If it wasn't for Dr. Tsai I would have had to left my job in law enforcement way to early. Thank you!
I saw Dr Tien for a broken hand which required surgery. Hands down one of the best docs I’ve ever had treat me. He’s exceptionally kind, explained everything and has been very accommodating. His staff have been great. I’m surprised at how quickly I’ve healed.
Dr. Tien provided excellent care. My visits were the result of an accident and he came to the hospital on Christmas Eve after being called in to do my surgery. He visited every day and was cheerful and supportive and gave excellent information to me both in the hospital and after I was released. You cannot get better care than from Dr. Tien.
