Great office, great staff, and great Dr.! My daughter started about a year ago and has had excellent care. Everything was explained by Dr. Ozier before we started. He explained what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and approx. how long it would take. He involved my daughter in everything and made sure she had all her questions answered. Highly recommend Dr. Ozier and his staff!
I haven’t even started treatment with Ozier orthodontics yet, but let me tell you…I can’t wait until I do. They have been the most professional, kind, caring and informative people I have dealt with. My treatment is very specific and needs coordination with an oral surgeon. I’ve had quite a few changes occur since I first came to see them and they’ve been nothing but helpful. Dr. Ozier is an amazing orthodontist! I was not only a patient of his as a teenager, but now my daughter is a patient of his. I chose him as my daughter's orthodontist because I loved him as a kid. He is so good with kids. He gets to know each patient and his/her personality and needs. My daughter was terrified to go, and now she can't wait till her next appointment to get in a water fight with him. Plus-he has an amazing staff!
My 7 year old little girl was so nervous to get expanders. I can't tell you enough how amazing the staff is to reduce her anxiety. Dr. Ozier is so great with kids making them laugh and giggle. I also love their check in and out system... so easy... and I get text notifications to remind me of our appointments. Love this place!!
We have been going to doctor Ozier since 2006 and we started out at his Plano office and now go to his Frisco office. Both offices are amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They always make us feel like family. Dr. Ozier is a great doctor. He takes time to work and explain things to his patients without making them feel rushed. He is amazing with kids! We have been going to doctor Ozier since 2006 and just simply love him and his office staff. He is always in a great mood and is amazing with his patients. He never acts rushed with his patients and always gives them the time they need to feel they received exceptional care. You have done an incredible job with both of my kids. I really appreciate how your team goes overboard to get them in at the same time, as well as get them in ASAP if they break a band. The Ozier Team makes my kids feel welcome and important. I also appreciate the appointment reminders and ease of changing scheduled times. You guys are great!
