In 2016 at USC Dr. Ozel operated on me. She said that I needed to remove my uterus and cervix in order to have my bladder lift surgery to work. She also punctured my ureter and I needed stent for 6 weeks. I was miserable and in pain. After 1 year I found out that she didn’t need to remove my 2 heathy organs. It’s not a matter about the hospital, which it seems to lack communication between other drs.And nursing staff. Lack of resources or communication with the patient. Very disappointing. I’ve voiced my concerns too many times. Nothing changes. Still waiting for a refund. The Dr was not there. Nor was anyone going to tell me the truth. 3hrs later I left without seeing the doctor.
