Everything went so smoothly with the home buyers team. I was facing a nightmare with terrible tenants that have torn my house into a total disaster, throwing my hands up I made a simple call and within a few days Tristan went through the house with me and we started talking offers. It will be less than one month from first call to closing, they took the stress level way down for me. I would recommend giving them a call if you have a situation like mine.
Waste of time! They came and toured our house said they would be in contact at the end of the week and never called. I called them twice once that week and once the next and was told they'll call me back but they never did! Highly unprofessional. Don't trust these people.
My mother’s home has not been properly cared for and her health declined requiring an exit strategy for her. We needed a quick sale to help her move out of town to be near me. There are very few that try to offer as much money as possible for a house while still creating a win/win for a home seller and investor alike. Absolutely wonderful to deal with and helped walk me through dealing with it being a probate sale and every other detail, once calling me when I was I was going to call that day and answered all the questions I had before I could ask. Couldn't ask for a more seamless experience.
