It took me a couple of months to finally decide whether I wanted to sell my house or not Nick and Emma were so patient with me finally made the decision to sell it. So many ads in the mail. This time a "fake" check to get your attention.
Professionals with a heart! Loved working with them from start to finish. I got a good price with no issues or loopholes. I would definitely use them again, I trust them.
They sent what looks like a check to my old address, im sure its just some mailer they send out 5x a week to everyone. STOP DOING THIS, IT IS REALLY STUPID AND ANNOYING. Edit since response from owner: No thanks, im going to let the one star review ride so people know how you guys operate
Overall, my experience was good. I didn't get the price I wanted, but I sold my house quickly to wonderful investors who Ozarks House Buyers connected with me. There was a communication issue along the way, but Emma took very good care of me. It all worked out for the best and I'm grateful for their help selling my house to the right people.
