Friendly and helpful and great with kids and providing information
Sometimes you feel like you are in a third world country. "In General" I have to keep reminding myself. I am in Gravette Arkansas. And, not in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Or UPMC in Pittsburgh or Hershey Medical. In Pennsylvania. A lot of times some of the thing's shock me!!! And how they can get away with the desperit needed Health Care, and supplies. Medical Staff at the Hospital and Clinic are great.
My family member went there for wound care and died 12 weeks later. It should Never have happened!
They bill lab services under Sparta Clinic (never been there, don't even know where it's at) and when they don't receive what they want (even if it's the negotiated rate they agreed to with the insurance company), they bill the exact same lab services again under OCH. When insurance company denied OCH's claim (because services had already been processed under Sparta Clinic), they send a bill to the patient for the full amount. These guys always take care of me . And a special thanks to Dr Tucker who did my surgery on his off day. That's why he's my doc. He always takes care of me.
I went there for pre-op labs and no one had any idea what they were doing. I left to drive home to Fayetteville and fifteen minutes later they called me to come back because they forgot to do some other tests. Ridiculous.
