Very uncomfortable experience. Staff shouldn't wear masks displaying who they're voting for. It is very unprofessional and childish bringing politics into the workplace.

Business response:

We have communicated your complaint to the appropriate parties. If you’re open to discussing this further, please call us at 479-344-6423 to speak with our patient advocate.

You all need to learn how to talk people. Rude and hateful No wonder this hospital is struggling. No one wants to go there. You don't listen to your patients either. Sorry excuse for health care.

June 21st, 2020- After about 10 days of coughing & wheezing I was taken to OCH Gravette.. I was ushered into an examining room and a nurse (April) greeted me, checked my vitals as she bombarded me with questions about my health. Dr. McSpadden consulted & ordered X-rays, EKG, Blood Test, Covid-19 and others I can't remember. The nurses and technicians performed in a friendly and professional manner. My husband went up there with a nasty sore on his foot. And he has diabetes run in his family. They didn't check his sugar. And told hin there was no infection. But put him on bactrim which is a strong antibiotic for infection. I am not very satisfied with the service. I will be getting a second opinion. Cause if it is to serious he could loose his foot.

Have taken my dad to the ER a few times in the last couple of months. The providers, nurses and admissions staff were great.
