Good customer service until you buy, then it’s terrible. Difficult to get any response to phone calls, emails, messages, no follow through on setup, etc.
My elderly mother was told that one of their models was “hers until she told him otherwise.” A few days later, they raised the price on her after already giving her a quote! Who does that to the elderly? My mother was sooo upset.
The staff at Ozark Tiny House Outlet in Bryant, Arkansas are very friendly. I communicated with them through their Facebook page days before my husband and I made a trip. When we showed up they knew who I was. David and Mike worked tooth and nail for us. I would recommend this company 100 times over!! It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore! Stop on by, y’all! You won’t regret it!
