The great folks at your shop picked up my bike @ Dixon & St Roberts MO. Then figured out what was wrong with it which it was a stator. Even though it was after hours after 6 when we arrived then they made sure we had a place to stay and provided transportation to & from the room. The folks there @ Ozark HD are outstanding again THANK YOU for your great service and support.

Called this dealership early this morning and service manager said bring it on in!! There in hour 10 min and mechanic was under my bike as soon as I got off of it!! Felt like nascar pit stop!!! Great people and so friendly !! Thanks again

I want to take another opportunity to comment on the excellent customer service at Ozark Harley-Davidson. My battery died 100 miles from home. Not only did they send a truck, he brought a battery and we installed it on the spot. This allowed me to continue my riding day. Thank you Jeff & Neal. A great bunch of folks!
